We been together for over 14 years now. You made it easy to my wife and I to keep our property there in Washington State. We do not have to worry about a thing from getting the right tenant, maintaining the property in the good conditions, sending us our monthly statement on time including the year end statement of account, giving us honest professional opinion about raising or hold rent value, etc.etc. I wish we could say the same thing with our property manager out of Nevada where we have to beg for our monthly statements alone.
