You Have Chosen to Apply for Residency with Pickett Property Management

PICKETT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT COMPREHENSIVE REUSABLE REPORTS.

Pickett Property Management requires a tenant screening report that may include the following:

PRICE PER APPLICANT: $42.00 USD (INCLUDES WA STATE SALES TAX)

IMPORTANT: All applicants (spouse, roommate, etc.) must completely fill out the application before an application will be applied to a home.  Each adult resident MUST supply the requested information and “electronically” sign separate applications.

As part of your application for residency with Pickett Property Management, you will need to fill out the proceeding questionnaire so that the company can conduct a background check about you.  As part of that process you will need to electronically sign a notice and authorization form consenting to these checks.  This authorization form will allow LandlordSolutions Inc. to verify the information you provide and share its results with Pickett Property Management.

The questionnaire takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and we recommend that you double check the information that you provide to ensure there is no delay with your application for residency.

Application Process and Tenant Acceptance Criteria

Pickett Property Management and its employees adhere to the Fair Housing Standards as promulgated by Federal, State, and Local agencies.  The HUD Fair Housing Act of 1968 provides that persons seeking housing shall be afforded equal treatment and opportunity without regard to race, religion, nationality, color, handicap, sex, sexual orientation or familial status.  Each adult applicant, 18 or over, must complete and pay for a separate application.

HUD defines each non-related tenant other than domestic partners as a separate single family unit.  Thus in roommate situations where more than one "single family unit" would occupy the home, owners may require an additional security deposit.  Please check with the property manager for specific details.
